ReBoot Reborn

Revival of yourname@rbcorner.com Tue, 6th November 2007 at 22:37

RBCorner.com e-mail addresses are once again available in a way they never were before. I am no longer offering rbcorner.com aliases: rather I'm offering something much better.

I recently (ok, so it was yesterday) set up an account with Google Aps to enable rbcorner.com mailboxes hosted by Google. The advantages: amazingly good spam filtering, the ability to receive your e-mail through either your web browser or your mail program (e.g. Eudora, outlook, Thunderbird), and integrated chat. You can even forward your mail to another e-mail address if you wish.

I haven't made a logo for it yet and it isn't yet hosted on my domain, but if you would like your own rbcorner.com e-mail inbox feel free to head on over to RBCorner Mail and make yourself an account e-mail me your desired username and I'll set you up pronto.

Warning: Incoming Wiki Thur, 4th October 2007 at 18:13

Hi, all. While you're waiting for the revamp (which will take quite a bit more time I'm afraid) here's a little piece of news for you.

I've been working, over the past few weeks, on starting a project for the ReBoot community to get involved in online. It's a ReBoot Wiki. Entitled Warning: Incoming Wiki, it will become the unofficial online ReBoot encyclopedia, featuring information about the show, the fans, and the ReBoot online community.

Go ahead and check it out. Be sure to check out the help files I've created to help you ease into the world of wikis.

Erm... whoops. Thur, 13th September 2007 at 20:46

Well, I'm finally in this for the long haul after all. I'm working on revamping the Corner and was deleting any old stuff off the site through my upload program and accidentally deleted the interactive story. Eehe. Whoops. Mind, I was planning to remove it anyway - sorry guys - to replace it with something else. The story was just too hard to monitor.

I'll remove the link to it as soon as I finish downloading my fanfiction folder to my new computer. I guess the lesson I learned from this is that even I can't follow my site navigation! Time to think of a different navigation scheme that doesn't leave people (namely me!) scratching their heads saying "what's media doing in fan stuff?" and "how are arts and crafts games?". Now that I'm no longer going to school I actually have time to do a complete rework, which makes me one happy sprite.

Also: since I'm revamping the site, feel free to send me anything you'd like to see posted: art, fiction, media requests, you name it.
