Phong is the elder of Mainframe. He is known for giving his advice and endless wisdom to certain people... provided they beat him at his favourite game: Pong. On the outside, Phong is a wise-looking guru, who can sometimes be classified as being a little random. Even when he gives anyone his advice, he often doesn't know what he means.

Phong is the keeper of the core, so to speak. It is said that he is the Command.Com's secretary. He rarely leaves the Principal Office, and always enjoys a nice, hot cup of cocoa. His "lucky guesses" often end up saving the day, no matter how strange. Whether it be singing off-key versions of "Unforgettable", playing Pong, or giving some of his endless wisdom, Phong is always a good source for laughs.
