Bakkup is one of the main characters in the third-season episode called "Icons." He's a little kid who reminds Matrix entirely too much of his younger self. He is eager to help out and wants to be big and strong. He plays the tough guy, but he's just a little kid. He's ecstatic when Matrix lets him go into a Game to help save his system, and even gets Matrix's prized yo-yo when it's time to leave.

Data Nully is a CGI agent in "Trust No One" in a spoof of X-Files Dana Scully. She is the rational force behind her two-binome team of herself and Fax Modem. She reminds Bob of Dot because of her statement: "What we need is a plan, not theories." Her planning gets them far, though, as they solve the mystery of the episode.

We know very little about Dixon Green, who seems to have been one of Bob's supervisors back at the Guardian Academy. She was a very down-to-earth character who played by the rules and never had time for theories. She treated viruses like trash and was closed-minded about Bob's theories on users and virii. It is evident that she cared for Bob, though; she was killed by a virus while shielding Bob from being attacked. It was under her supervision that Killabyte upgraded to Gigabyte, and it was Gigabyte that deleted her and then went to Mainframe through an open portal.

Emma Fee is the program censor from "Talent Night." She was added to the show as a membe of the BS'n'P, which is a running gag throughout the episode. She stands for the American Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) as a censor for violent programming. It's all in good fun, though, as she refuses Al's Waiter because she can't stand him.

Fax Modem is a CGI agent in "Trust No One" in a spoof of X-Files Fox Mulder. He is a calculating binome with hundreds of wild theories about web creatures, Guardians, and Mouse. Guardians are control freaks. Mouse is a web creature. Luckily he is held in check by his teammate, Data Nully.

Gigabyte is an energy-absorbing virus that was originally created from a virus called Killabyte, who was accidentally upgraded during Bob's days at the Guardian Academy. When the virus was fragmented (when it came to Mainframe from the Super Computer), it split into Hexadecimal and Megabyte, who then set up shop in the city. In Season 2, Gigabyte is re-formed when a web-creature-infected Megabyte merges with Hexadecimal, then proceeds to terrorize Mainframe.

Hue Branch is one of Phong's tech-boys. He was featured in the episode "Firewall" and plays a role that suspiciously resembles that of Q in James Bond. He works in the bowels of the Principal Office, a testing laboratory for weapon prototypes like exloding toilets and ejector seats. He plans the firewall that saves the day, but he also exhibits every one of Q's personality quirks.

Lens is a codemaster who was seen in the episode called "High Code." He came to Mainframe to challenge Codemaster Talon, Old Man Pearson, to a duel. However, Talon could not be found, and Lens wreaked havoc around the system until Pearson finally appeared. Bob even took him into a Game in an attempt to nullify him, but this failed when Bob discovered that Enzo was in the Game. Lens is honourable, though, as all codemasters are, and after realizing that Mainframers stick together, he let Mr. Pearson off the hook.

Maxine is a search engine who cameos in "The Episode With No Name." She runs a ferry service to other systems for all those with authorization to travel. She'll only play by the rules, but she also gives good advice. You can catch her in one of the ReBoot Ridefilms at IMAX as your tour guide around Mainframe.

Robert Cursor is a character in "Where No Sprite Has Gone Before" who resembles Bob and talks like Captain Kirk from Star Trek to an exaggerated level. He is the leader of the Hero Selective, a resistance movement believing that the User must win. If the User wins, then their foes will listen to their reasoning. Matrix is convinced that Cursor is Bob because of his uncanny resemblance to him, but it is later seen that Cursor is just another honourable leader.
