Mike the TV is Bob's annoying talking television. A constant source of comic relief, he is the epitome of consumer culture. He displays everything from "The Love Hospital," to infomercials for "Bucket-O-Nothing," to random advertisments at the worst possible time.

Even though Mike may be annoying, he provides entertainment and companionship to Bob when Bob is feeling depressed or lonely. Or... at least he tries to. Most of the time he ends up down the garbage chute.

Poor Mike still gets some credit, though. Once in a while he ends up doing something good and sometimes even helps to save the day. But because of Bob's threats to dismantle him, Mike's name being screamed out in annoyance at regular intervals, and his wacky and crazy programming, ReBoot would not be the same without him.
