Daemon is a super virus. She is completely different from Megabyte and Hexadecimal in that she does not see herself as an evil being. She claims to be bringing unity to the Net; she claims to be the Word.

Daemon has taken the Super Computer as her refuge, seeing as she has infected all the Guardians. From there she can conduct her operations with ease, relying on her underlings to carry out her orders.

Daemon makes light of her viral powers. She is extremely powerful, more so than any virus the Mainframers have seen yet. She can infect anyone with a single touch, or even with a single footstep. She has been known to infect entire systems with a wave of her hand. To Daemon, this is not evil: this is her mission.

Daemon creates a war for the Net because she was created to infect the entire thing. She is, in effect, a chron virus. However, she cannot reach all the systems before time runs out because many have sealed themselves off. Daemon, having infected all the Guardians save for Bob and Matrix, does not have access to any keytools to open portals to these locked systems; the keytools ran away when the guardians were infected.

Daemon needs Bob to be her messenger, to open portals to all the remaining systems in order for her function to be complete, because he is one with his keytool. But will she succeed...?

Daemon believes herself to be a sort of messiah-figure, bringing unity to the Net. Her astounding power makes all other viruses seem like insects to be squashed. However, such power cannot last long.
