Al's Waiter is a slow-talking binome who works at Al's Diner. He is rarely seen out of the diner, and seems to be the only one who can talk to Al in private without getting a "WHAT?!" He's a hard worker, though Al only runs at three decahertz, and seems to tolerate the troublesome crowd the diner caters to.
Bunnyfoot is one of Megabyte's underlings. He seems to have been put together from parts of other binomes; he's a sort of Frankenstein figure. He has an arm coming out of his head, and has a bunny slipper on one foot, and a brick on the other. He talks a bit like Igor. He loves following Megabyte's and Herr Doktor's orders.
Cecil is, as Enzo would put it, ReBoot's "foreign stereotype comic relief." He's a maitre'd/waiter at Dot's Diner, and he speaks with a snooty French accent. He takes great pride in his job, and refuses to watch Enzo, claiming to be a waiter, not a nanny. He has very good people skills with everybody except Bob. It might be because Bob calls him "Ceecil" where the waiter prefers "Cescil," or it just might be because Bob is not of a reputable type for the fine dining establishment.
Cyrus is one of Megabyte's underlings. He was first seen at the end of season one, as a lieutenant in Megabyte's service, but he failed in his mission and was forced to be a shoe-shine droid for Megabyte's detachable legs. In season three, Cyrus was a mover and a shaker in a bout of propaganda to get Enzo removed from the position of Guardian. However, his heart seems to be purer than he lets on, because he eventually sided with the good guys. He even made a musical debut at the end of season three...
Herr Doktor is Megabyte's right-hand man. Unmistakably German, he calls Megabyte "Mein fuhrer" and "Mein Grossenbeiter." He's in charge of all of the hardware behind Megabyte's plans. He's a grunt, but he does his job with pride. He does seem to be quite terrified of his boss, but he gets along with what he calls "ze verkforce."
Lt. Chauncy is in charge of Megabyte's army. He is extremely loyal to the viral cause and will stop at nothing to see Megabyte's plan carried through. He keeps a very well organized company, who follow his every order. He can be seen almost anywhere Megabyte's ABCs are flying.
Mr. Christopher is the accountant for the crew of the Saucy Mare. He works for Captain Capacitor, also known as The Crimson Binome. He is never seen without his trusty organizer, and is forever talking about profit margins. He's a bit of a coward, and often hides behind his captain's file-locker when things get rough.
Mr. Pearson, often called Old Man Pearson, is the Scottish keeper of the Mainframe Data Dump. He lives a lonely life in his shed at the limits of the dump. He was once a codemaster, but was granted refuge in Mainframe when he quit the guild. He sometimes has Frisket for company, and is often terrorized by Hack and Slash when Megabyte wants anything ancient to complete his latest plan.
Princess Bula part of Captain Capacitor's crew. She is a massive binome with great strength and speed. Her origins are unknown, but she is definitely not a princess. She's very helpful to the crew, as she is resourceful. Her talk sounds primitive, but she is a true seadog at heart. She loves the adventure.
Scuzzy is Hexadecimal's pet mouse. He has a special gift, which proves to be very useful for his mistress: the window in his head is a viewscreen that plays back anything Scuzzy sees. He acts as his mistress's spy, and since he can get in and out of places very easily because he's so small, this is an ideal way for Hex to know what's going on. Though Scuzzy doesn't talk, he is extremely expressive, and is an appropriate companion for someone as loopy as Hex.
Specky is one of the Principal Office's tech boys. He's a teenage binome with a huge eyeglass (complete with scotch tape and a paperclip) and pimples, but he knows what he's doing. He can often be seen monitoring system stats or serving Phong his cocoa. He is very fond of all the Principal Office staff, and works hard to alert them to any changes in the system.

Turbo is the Prime Guardian, head of the Guardian Academy and the entire Guardian system. He is very rarely seen, but is often talked about, as he has enormous power and influence. He was one of Bob's mentors while he was at the Guardian Academy. He is the embodiment of all possessing the guardian code represents, though often the Guardian protocol can seem to have odd priorities. Despite the restrictions of his office, Turbo is compassionate, and tries to help out the Mainframers as much as he can without going over the line.
